Terms of Service Agreement

The websites www.sentralize.com, www.sentralize.com.au and all of its sub domains ("Site") are owned and operated by SENTRALIZE PTY LTD. and its affiliates ("sentralize").

THE TERMS OF USE ("TERMS") SET FORTH BELOW DESCRIBE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT SHALL GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE SITE ("SERVICES"), WHETHER OR NOT YOU HAVE CREATED A USER ACCOUNT. BY USING THE SITE AND/OR THE SERVICES, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS THEN YOU MAY NOT ACCESS THE SITE NOR USE THE SERVICES.

Services

Our Services are available only to individuals and/or entities that can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.

SENTRALIZE may change some or all of the Services, add additional Services offered through the Site, discontinue all or part of the Services, restrict access to certain Services or limit certain Services to paying users at any time and in its sole discretion.

Delivery

The Service is delivered online and hence there is no physical delivery.

Registration

In order to enjoy certain features included in the Services, you may be required to register your user information with SENTRALIZE. As part of the registration process you will be asked to select a user name and password and to provide SENTRALIZE with certain information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password, and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Selection and use of your user name and password is subject to the terms hereof.

Pricing and payment

SENTRALIZE reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

Prices of all Services, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees to the Service, are subject to change wihtout notice from us.

SENTRALIZE shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

We only accept credit cards billed monthly. Receipts are emailed to the account owner every month by Paypal.

We accept all major credit cards through Paypal, Direct Deposit and Cheques.

Your credit card information is processed by PayPal. They ensure that all payment details are passed only over secure, encrypted connections and that your details are stored and handled appropriately.

Availability and suitability of the Service

Downgrading your Service may cause the loss of Content, features, or capacity of your Account. SENTRALIZE does not accept any liability for such loss.

The streams created as part of the Service has a unique address but is not secured in any other way you understand that it can be accessed by anyone (so you can share it throughout your company or with partners). You understand and agree that SENTRALIZE will not be liable for any damages resulting from anyone else accessing your feed.

SENTRALIZE does not warrant that (i) the service will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the Service will be corrected.

You expressly understand and agree that SENTRALIZE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; (v) or any other matter relating to the service.

The failure of SENTRALIZE to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and SENTRALIZE and govern your use of the Service, superceding any prior agreements between you and SENTRALIZE in this respect (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
